Trashercise Tuesday Week 5
One of Stream Watch’s annual events is making a comeback. With camping allowed at Kasilof Beach for the dipnet season, lots of items get left behind in the sand. That’s where we come in! Stream Watch is regularly able to collect and remove 200lbs of litter from Kasilof Beach on a weekly basis! So, starting July 7th, join Stream Watch staff and volunteers every Tuesday from 5-7pm during the dipnet season to help pick up litter along Kasilof Beach (28142-28148 Kasilof Beach Stub, Kasilof, AK 99610).

We always need more hands to help patrol this area and protect our dunes and beaches. Because staff will be present at this event all types of volunteer are able to attend (not just trained ambassadors). So, if you know anyone who might be interested in this event, they are more than welcome to join!
