Let’s get physical! Physical!
We will complete a hands-on erosion control project on the Funny River side of the Kenai River in partnership with the Kachemak Heritage Land Trust. The project is physically demanding and on un-even terrain, in close proximity to the water.
This project is contingent on the water level as we will secure spruce trees to the riverbank to protect the bank in the short term so that native plants can establish and protect it in the long term.
All training provided on site. Lunch provided.
