5K & 10 Mile • June 7, 2014
The Run for the River 5K & 10 Mile race is part of the annual Kenai River Festival, a free family event geared towards fun and inspiration. The proceeds from the race help support the Festival and environmental education programs of the Kenai Watershed Forum. Race Day Registration - June 7 at Soldotna Creek Park - $45
This is a combination 5K and 10 Mile walk/run for all ages! Competitive runners as well as casual walkers all enjoy this multiple-turn, looped course that follows along the famous Kenai River. Medals are awarded to the top 3 5K and 10 Mile runners for men and women.
Race T-Shirts will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Bib Pick-up & Pre-Race Dinner • June 6th
All registered runner's are invited to a free dinner the night before the race! While there you can pick up your bib, enjoy live music and check out the race course maps. Volunteers will be on hand to answer any race related questions you might have. Late registration will be available for runners to register and join the festivities.
Race Central & Race Day Information
Race Central is at Stanley Chrysler! All runners/walkers are asked to check in at Race Central. All race activities will be based at Stanley Chrysler.

Saturday morning look for the Race Parking signs for free accessible parking to Race Central (as available)! Free overflow parking available at Johnson Tire, Aspen Hotel and Soldotna Creek Park.
